Cafe Trang

Editorial Review

Café Trang’s valley location wins Best In State awards like it was its job. Vietnamese food in Utah rarely gets much better. And while the Park City branch doesn’t seem to have quite the same intensity in the kitchen as other locs, menus are still the same, and that goes a long way. Favorite dish has to come off the Desperate Curry menu—Trang’s thai green is spicier than others, which is a plus. Décor is a dud, bamboo and clichés. But no big deal when the pork noodles are this good. Speaking of pork noodles, great vegetarian menu. Honestly.
