Frills? No. Damn good brunch on a dime? Absolutely. Mom and pop diner packs it full with sandal-sporting boys and Spicoli-ettes in need of nourishment. Simple menu offers fried, steamed, scrambled or poached eggs. Hollandaise is gooey. Mix and match is an option, and vegetarians can have their tofu and eat it too. Beige walls covered with travel photos and easy-on-the-eyes décor make sipping cups of steamy black brew relaxing.
