Cake Shop

Editorial Review

An everything-but-the-kitchen-sink approach to mass entertainment. Coffee, crate digging, live art rock by your sister's boyfriend's brother, hard liquor, 'zines, throwback jukebox, and, yes, cake (with plenty of options for even militant vegans). Also, Thursday morning kids' reading events where you can bring your young'un and listen to stories while sitting Indian-style in a semicircle. Really. Check their calendar online, but the Shop is piping hot most nights of the week.
