Everything you miss about your off-track betting bar in Queens. The bar is smokey and loaded with belligerent betters shouting unintelligible slurs at the TVs. The plastic-y red banquettes meet fake marble tables. The effect is a fun tourist-ified gambling hole- nearly every horse race or sporting event in both the U.S. and Mexico is up for wagering. People cut their losses on the food, which is usually pretty good bar grub.
