CLOSED. Star Puerto Rican chef Carmen Gonzalez gets constant raves for her way with the tropicals. Sweet plantain, goat cheese and chorizo piñon. Yuca fries with roasted garlic aioli. Pan-seared red snapper with white water clams and chorizo stew. Adobo-rubbed Neiman Ranch pork tenderloin with sweet plantain and gandules stew.
