Jerry Kleiner -- king of haute cuisine -- puts his stamp on Nuevo Latino with this over-the-top Technicolor room that looks like the set for a Beyoncé video. Flying vertical stripes painted in Cuban hothouse colors flank ceiling-to-floor velvet draperies, a balcony and enormous cloth-hung chandeliers. Separate ceviche bar with halibut, shrimp and oyster versions takes things to appropriately over-the-top extremes, as does the $38 filet. The front-room bar serves as a hopping Latin music singles scene Wednesday-Friday.
