When Margaret von Korff and Luis Trigueros turned their organic farm into a 12-room boutique bolthole for the rich and famous they did not skimp on the furnishings or the impressive deluxe rooms with under-floor heating and little cosy libraries. A vast herb garden provides produce for organic home-cooked meals are and organic. Two sleek swimming pools provide the workout for a sauna and a wellness area for massages. Former guests include Robert De Niro, Robert Downey Junior and Kate Moss.
