A Mexican restaurant has long been in this space. Casa Linda is a little snazzier, but not too much. They've added a few tiles, made the upstairs an actual seating area (instead of a dusty storage cabinet). Chef Manuel is apparently noted for his huevos rancheros. Other Mexican (kind of American) dishes to follow suit: burritos, quesadillas, etc. Plates large and small for active beach-goers needing a huge refueling and people who melt in the heat.
