This time around the setting is 19th century Italia, with a name swiped from the famous aria in Vincenzo Bellini's opera, Norma. Two floors of marble busts, fountains, ivory wall frescoes, and waiters in jackets and stiffly upturned white collars. Classic haute Italian (hint: truffles, truffles, truffles) alongside pizza made by award winning Italian pizzaiola.
