As grandiose as A&A, rustically minimal space covers two floors and a rooftop lounge, with copper-stacked floating stair installation as central focus. Hung Huynh of Top Chef fame turns out modern seafood dishes inspired by Asia and the Mediterranean. Sushi and full-on raw bar for lighter bites with a cocktail or four.
