Thierry Faucher’s L’Os à Moëlle helped spark the early ’90s Bistro Moderne scene. This small brick bar à vins recently opened to handle the overflow. With a prix fixe bargain of grandmotherly bounty, now harder to book than the bistro. Bread, olives, pickles, terrines, and soup are shared at long communal tables; mains, cheese, and dessert come from the kitchen. Practically all you can eat for €20 at night, with lunch for €12/16. Closed Monday.
