Caviar Kaspia

Editorial Review

The folks behind the luxest shopping destination (The Webster) on SoBe lured this famed French resto to the States. You can count on a myriad selection of those expensive little fish eggs to round out just about any dish—or, take them straight up with a pair of blinis, toast points or baked potato. The décor is not your average Parisian grandeur, more like an ode to its new tropical roots with Art Deco flair. Brunch on their Scramble Egges and Shaved Truffles and wash it down with any one of their namesake vodkas, vino or champs.
