With a celebrity following including Mariah Carey you can forgive the pretentious name. Even the water here oozes star quality – Lacroix no less. A fine dining arena with even finer decor. Arabic lanterns emit romantic hues for hiding visiting celebs. Gold horse statues decorate the room, paying homage to the emirate’s prize equine species. Cosy square tables face walls of windows displaying the charming Gulf Sea. Don’t go for the bread rolls with your hand. It’s not that sort of place. This is a sophisticated venue. Food you’ll never forget. The foie gras is divine and wine paired ideally by the superb sommelier.
