Garcia shows appropriate reverence for menu faves like vegetable fritto misto, but adds his own two cents with thrillers like spicy, mint-tinged octopus salad and divine hazelnut parfait. Fun, older, local scene clogs up oak-table bar area. Mellowed-out tables in the back serve as stages for lovely grilled sardines, lamb shanks, pastas.
