The newly opened Chacha club is aiming to be the preferred crash pad of the international slutterati. A warren of rooms beyond the cavernous bar/dance hall includes several small salons, a bathroom with an enormous glistening tub, and a passcode-restricted bedroom. If you need a bite or a smoke afterwards, there's also a restaurant and fumoir on the premises. Despite the glit, le Chacha still isn't adding up to hotspot. Open every night until 5 A.M.
