BlackBook Lowdown

Classy joint with '40s atmo—cool by association. A romantic date spot, if you're a man's man and she's got fake nails. Had a spot on the Food Network, but it's mostly just Bay Ridge lifers chowing down on the delicious veal saltimbocca or pistachio-crusted pork chops. Surprisingly inventive turns like soba noodle sushi rolls, ample portions. Scrumptious beef Wellington a Saturday night fever only.
