From duck cassoulet with white beans to seared scallops with celery root purée, a list of eight-to-12 seasonal limited selection of items appear on a chalkboard daily, while a list of comfort-food items, from fried chicken with buttermilk mashed potatoes to pork tenderloin with apple cider creamed corn are staples.
