The lady on the podium next to the cash register isn’t there to take your order. She’s making corn tortillas by hand with her wooden mallet thingie. True freshness in fast-food times. How refreshing. Tell the lady who is there to take your order that you want tacos al pastor. Wash them down with an agua fresca as vibrant as the interior's color scheme. If only that little kid would shut up, you could read your New Yorker.
