Would be your little French secret if everybody didn’t already know about it. Richmond neighborhood charmer attracts couples in need of romance. Nicely executed bistro classics (sweetbreads, duck confit, cassoulet) and a wicked wine list. Chatty couple Philippe and Ellen Gardelle make nice-nice throughout small butter-yellow dining room. Weekday $19 Early Bird dinner from 5 to 6pm is the deal. Check comes in a chapeau, naturally.
