Editorial Review

Easy decisions made easy: the well-known restauranteur does DC right in the UBC building a few minutes from the Hill. What's more American than red meat and potatoes or the Brooks Brothers-clad Young Republicans who dine here? The bill, which won't cost you a pretty penny, but won't let you go without a little shakedown, either. Pretty pedestrian dining room rather tame even for DC standards, but then again, it's exactly what it needs to be, no fuss. Kind of like the food.
