This Harvard Square institution keeps punk rock hold outs and the black hoodie set fueled on diner style grub (surprisingly decent burgers and fries, hotdogs and grilled cheese) and a broad selection of beers on tap. The late hours (open till 2 on the weekends) and gritty, but comfortable vibe make it worth a drunken pit stop or mid week, afternoon piss-up. In a city of homogenized piped-in soundtracks, the jukebox here, packed with the likes of The Damned and The Buzzcocks keeps heads spinning. Regular live sets from local punchers range from transcendent to shitty gig in a diner predictability.
