The owners of Erba have dropped the Italian and have embraced classic American cuisine, holding it just tight enough to make you to think you might be trying something new. Free-range chicken with Rosemary potatoes stand out here, as does the pan-seared salmon and pot roast. Wilco and Radiohead, just at the right restaurant volume, bloop and blip around the high ceiling that's bordered with thick mahogany beams. Don't hesitate to sit at the tiny bar for dinner when this place is busy.
