Chez Léna et Mimile

Editorial Review

Two-faced restaurant serves both classic French and a special molecular menu. The science experiment costs more than the regular menu and the whole table has to sign on. Chef studied with molecular daddy Hervé This, and her Note à Note menu is an inexpensive (¼ the price of Gagnaire) intro to the style. Stunning terrace overlooks a quiet and leafy corner of the Latin Quarter. Closed Sunday and Monday.
