The former chef and owner of Au Bon Accueil have teamed up to revive the Burgundian roots and old name of this one-time regional bistro. The retrospection ends there. Coke-thin waitresses serve slightly sexed up, AOC-sourced classics in a china-white, minimal space. Choice sweetbreads, langoustine ravioli, and rabbit. Though limited to Burgundy, the wine list includes small vineyards and is refreshingly affordable. Closed weekends. €34 menu, closed Saturday and Sunday.
