Forgive us, we have so many styles! Mouth-watering Mandarin den of low-key, efficient skill, not a cross-cultural prime time soap about a rich Chinese-Texan family in the oil business. You're just over the hill from Chinatown, but we understand gas is expensive. Staff seems choked by bowties, possibly explaining their pained demeanors. Chi-balancing Mongolian beef and pan-flash Szechuan noodles arrive steaming hot and gingerly sauced.
