Hipster chef Jose Garces, the "Latin Emril" of the East Coast, wows us with another intriguing crossover restaurant. This time, he blends South American and Chinese cuisines (Peruvian and Cantonese, to be exact). The food is as fabulous as expected, and the decor—dimly lit reds and blacks—gives you a warm welcome.
