Everything comfort food is coming up fancy: now it's chili's turn. Come to this low-key space for prime rib chili, hominy chorizo vegan chili, cheddar-infused steak and bacon chili...the owner claims this is the basis for a healthy lifestyle, but maybe he sticks to the original flavor. Other types are made with fruit or meats like ostrich and duck. Or just get a chili dog or chili mac and cheese. No need to get fancy, really.
