Owner Jimmy Chin works the room while you work over top tea-smoked duck and Grand Marnier shrimp. Big portions, classy service, elegant effect. Good prix fixe for both lunch and dinner. Mariah Carey and Derek Jeter sightings. Nick Cannon not so much.
