With all this hoopla about the Beatrice losing the right to legally liquor us up, it's time to put a backup in queue for downtown's hip and tragic. So for the Inn set who kind of OD'd on Beat Rice and need a change of scenery (even though it's not that much of a change) we present: Chloe. Same speakeasy vibe, smaller bathrooms, soft lighting, though not as dark and sketchy. Floor to ceiling white tile, couches, vintage tables and chairs. Good DJ's from what we can vaguely recall. It hasn't caught on like hipster wildfire yet but this really cool blonde chick we know who's always discovering the "new" Beatrice swears she's dead on this time. Also, the West Village was too damn far from our collective house.
