Amid a block devoted to neon-lit chain restaurants, this darkly sweet boite’s handcrafted chocolates gleam, set off to a T by the paprikarusset interior of the restaurant itself. The bar focuses on European-inspired appetizers (charcuterie and cheese plates) by way of the far east—wine pairings included. The dark chocolate soufflé with milk sorbet is the best milk-and-cookie impersonation in town.
