Is it groupthink? Borrowing? Whatever it is, 2010 is apparently year of the salad/sandwich concept. This one does seem to take its cue from a rather popular concept Downtown, but hey, why mess with success? Very casual vibe, but farily serious food. "Sustainable pole caught" tuna, Kalamata and cornichon tapenade, chopped egg, sliced radish, and caperberry remoulade form one option; Korean BBQ marinated rib eye, fresh Asian pear, toasted sesame seed aioli another.
