Tucked into the Brown Palace hotel, Churchill's is neither cheap nor complacent. It's one of the few bars that snuck past the new no-smoking laws in CO, and it's proud of it. Pretend you're in an exclusive club in a decadent room that smacks of yore. Rub shoulders with power travelers and puffed-up starched shirts. Churchill's martini is neat and memorable, just like the bar.
