Citizen Smith or Citizen Kane? A little of both. This flatteringly-lit, well-populated Cahuenga Corridor restau-lounge staple attracts a well-heeled affluent crowd for rich American eats and rich fermented treats. Quasi-dine at the bar as you flirt with the cute bartender/actors lording over your onion ring tower (from the lounge menu) while sipping from a glass of smooth Coppola Sauvignon Blanc. You’re likely to see someone connected by six degrees of Kevin Bacon to said vineyard owner. When the music’s not too loud you can eavesdrop on industry chatter and ponder feeding it to the already wellfed Perez Hilton.
