Editorial Review

Who says the Richmond ain’t elegant? High-end, bustling little eatery with none of the pretentiousness but all of the accoutrements. Excellent food and attentive service in warm and mellow room. Same owners of Chapeau! down the street so no surprise that service and cuisine are reliably très bien. Menu trots out all the refined standards: escargots, boeuf Bourguignonne, Tarte Tatin. Charming little French number but we still prefer Chapeau!
