New authenticity for soft-serve ice cream. This is xue-hua-bing, something between ice-cream and Italian ice, and it's only one of three places in the country to offer this Taiwanese delicacy. Roughly translated into snow ice, this stuff is made of milk, fresh fruit and sugar, shaved into pretty ribbons that you're going to wish you could permanently tie to your tongue.
