Gastronomic experience to dine for- Innovative reprise of tapas formula conjugated in south-western French cuisine mini-sizes. Tasting menu best to savour pungent selection of terroir flavours and western and south-western French wines. Not recommended to animal rights activists as Foie Gras extravanza will leave them reeling...if you can forget the geese then try it with truffle and popcorn to boot. Dessert menu far sweeter than the prices which will knock that fricassee de morel right out of you . Edging slightly into fussy food zone,simply sophisticated décor saves the night, even it does not wholly satisfy the appetite.
