Cochon

Editorial Review

Cochon has captured the hearts of every overweight pork addict in New Orleans. The unpretentious menu from owner Donald Link boasts pork ribs, ham hocks, hogshead cheese and pork gumbo, but the other, non-swinish fare is no less tasty. The place thrives on turnover, so don't expect to linger long in the picnic-table themed restaurant. Besides, you'll need to work off a boatload of pork fat.
