Shanghai is well served with Thai restaurants, and this is one of the best. An old townhouse has been lovingly revamped with southeast Asian hardwoods, moody lighting and lots of alcoves and semi-private dining spaces. The menu and kitchen tick all the right boxes, even if the food may not quite reach the standards of the Chiang Mai beachfront.
