Coi

Editorial Review

Pronounced “kwa,” no relation to LA and NYC’s Koi, except that it’s equally as exceptional. Founder Daniel Patterson has garnered a grip of for accolades for his dare-we-say futuristic approach to cuisine, representing the apotheosis of both the molecular gastronomy trend and the sustainable food movement (that started here in Northern Cali). Hyperlocal ingredients and antibiotic- and hormone-free meats are combined in astonishingly creative ways, served in a serene, Zen-inspired space.
