Comtesse Therese Bistro

Editorial Review

All openings experience delays, but this bistro had been five years in the making, and included converting a 100-year-old home into a 28-seat restaurant. After years of waiting, locals celebrated the opening of this rustic yet elegant bistro. Serves local wine (including their own, of course) and French-influenced local food by executive chef and Cordon Bleu alum Arie Pavlou. Get a taste of authentic French wine and cuisine without having to actually jet out there.
