Whiz up to the 28th floor, overlooking Tokyo Bay, for check-in along with a Japanese and foreign business crowd. Mechanized shades, blackout curtains and pillow menus are hangover friendly; three-jet shower is a nice touch. TV chef Gordon Ramsay's New French eatery's is perched on the 28th.
