COOK

Editorial Review

Venture into Audrey Claire Taichman's collaborative 16-seat classroom at the former Snackbar space, where everyone gravitates toward the kitchen to focus on the craft of cooking. The purpose of the project—besides intermingling A-list chefs with neighboring food communities—is to spark edible conversations and encourage the development of at-home skill sets. Central marble demo island is the project's main platform, but stock of food lit, state-of-art appliances, and primo pantry perks anyone who is food-curious.
