Copa's wisely kept great zinc-topped bar from former tenant Alison, but not much else. Beach bungalow decor's given way to dark, sparse vibe inviting you to drink a dark Rioja next to tapas, which is good, because there're plenty of both on offer. A welcome addition to the neighborhood, chill (but vibrant) spot's become the new late-night eats championing, besting former title-holder World Pie by hours. Nibble away here until 3 a.m.
