Tiny enoteca from celeb chef Ken Oringer (Clio, KO Prime) and his compatriot at tapas hot spot Toro, chef Jamie Bissonnette, is among the city's hottest tables. Coppa's small plates, charcuterie, wood-oven pizzas and house-made pastas are worth waiting for, as are creative cocktails that work around a no-hard-booze license. (You can always sneak in an airline-sized bottle of vodka, Spalding Gray-style.) We've heard of waits of up to four hours, which is three hours longer than we'd last, but still a remarkable testament to the transcendent cuisine here.
