Cowboys & Turbans

Editorial Review

Self-labeled "street food from India," though in India the tandoori probably doesn't come in quesadillas and burritos, per se. Which is the set-up here: Indian fillings in Mexican wrapping devices, so your chicken, fish, shrimp or spinach and tofu will come in a tortilla. It's a fast-casual kind of place, though not so casual as the many food trucks it shares a concept with.
