Koi stream underfoot, reed fans, mellow terrace. Zen broken by noisy, stuffed room and aloof service. Primo spot to eat like Vietnamese royalty, which owners, the An family, happen to be. Food slays its numerous haters though they are correct about prices and scandalous surcharges. For seven bucks, we'll crack our own highly addictive Dungeness crab in pepper garlic sauce, thank you. No wonder regular Wesley Snipes has money worries.
