Named for the charcuterie program painstakingly built by Chef Owen Foster, the menu of light luncheon fare and casual bar food classics from the kitchen of neighboring Aura restaurant is an all-day winner. But it’s Hailey Pasemko’s devastating proprietary cocktail creations that stand out, with luscious homemade recipes from ingredients grown on-site, whose names - the “Like Cockatoos,” for example – bring a smile even before the first (glorious) sip.
