Situated inside the Greenporter Hotel, Cuvée certainly adds a spark to Long Island Wine Country (it's also right off the ferry stop from Shelter Island Ferry, providing a physical bridge to the Hamptons, though the spot provides a sort of symbolic bridge). Extensive French menu strays far from tradition, but fresh seasonal ingredients shine. Modern dining room is a bit more stylish than you might expect in quaint Greensport, and outer seating offers the perfect perch to enjoy the town. And with 45 wines by the glass, you'll want to relax and do just that.
