One of the great things about eating out in Dallas is the ability to find great hole-in-the-wall Mexican places. Most are no-frills but have amazing authentic food. With Cyclone Anaya's, the authentic feel is gone and replaced with a more upscale setting and the food is higher end, like with the Lobster Enchiladas and Crabmeat Nachos. The food is very good, the crowd is pleasant and the experience is overall a good one, but it just feels like a forced setting - almost as if the food was snuck in from next door.
