D-Mop

Editorial Review

Too cool for anyone over 40, so this place poses a dilemma: Do you bring mom along? Bring dad instead because you want his credit card handy. The trendiest casual-chic of Japan, Europe and America live under one roof—or, more accurately, many roofs, since D-Mop is a flourishing chain that’s sprouting shops everywhere, and hip Hong Kongers eat it up. Its denim stores are particularly pervasive. A favorite of mainland movie stars, who dig the Y-3 collection. The flagship store in Central (On Lan St.) and the Mong Kok branch (Langham Place) have different feels, but Zhou Xun likes this Causeway Bay spot.
